RETURN POLICY

This Return Policy was last updated on and is effective as of October 29, 2025.

General Policy

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date. Flash Sale items, free gifts, and clearance items are not eligible for return.

For items with quality issues—such as marks, broken zippers, rips, tears, noticeable color differences, or significant differences from the photographed product—we will cover the return shipping fee. For returns without quality-related issues, the shipping fee is at the customer’s expense.

Packages can be mailed via your nearest post office, or you can arrange a collection through your local post office.

Contact our customer service team before returning any items to obtain the correct return address.

Return Conditions

Non-quality-related returns: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. All return requests must be approved by our customer service team before shipping.

Quality or size issues: Free return shipping applies. Contact customer service with clear pictures showing the issue. Once confirmed, you will receive the return address immediately.

Eligible return/refund circumstances include:

  • Received wrong or damaged item(s)
  • Items not as described on the product page
  • Faulty item(s)
  • Missing item(s)
  • Poor material or workmanship

Return Process

To ensure smooth processing, please follow these steps:

Contact our Support Center with the following information:

  • Order number
  • SKU number or product name
  • Reason for return

Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours.

Return the item to the provided address and send us proof of return (tracking number and valid receipt).

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will notify you by email and process your refund or exchange immediately.

Important Notices

Do not send your return to the sender’s address on the original package. This is not the return address and may delay your return. Always use the address provided by our customer service team.

Do not include items that are not New Wave. We are not responsible for returning any items sent by mistake.

We are not liable for packages lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of return and tracking number until the refund or exchange is completed.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will notify you by email and process your refund or exchange immediately.

Return Address & Refunds

Always contact us at support@newwaveworldwide.com before returning any items to obtain the correct return address. Do not return packages to the shipping label address; we are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.

Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned package and will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear. Original shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
