INFLUENCER PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions were last updated on and are effective as of 01 October 2025.

General Overview

By applying to join and/or participating in the New Wave Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. Other than as set forth herein, you may not issue press, news, or other releases or otherwise publicise that you are associated with New Wave without New Wave’s prior written permission.

Affiliate Link Details and Commission Structure

New Wave maintains full and exclusive discretion over the approval, acceptance, or denial of any application to participate in the Affiliate Program. Only individuals who are eighteen (18) years or older may apply, and by submitting an application or participating, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Each participant may only have one active affiliate link.

Submitting applications for more than one Affiliate Link per individual will result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions earned through your participation.

Once your application is approved, New Wave will issue you a unique Affiliate Link, which you may use — in accordance with these Terms — to earn 15% commission on qualifying sales generated through www.newwaveworldwide.com that are directly attributed to your Affiliate Link (the “Commission”).

For the purpose of calculating the Commission, qualifying sales exclude shipping costs, taxes, discounts, returns, or any other deductions applied to the purchase amount.

Commissions will be paid according to New Wave’s current payment schedule and policies, which may be updated at any time at New Wave’s sole discretion. While New Wave will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes in advance, you acknowledge that continued participation constitutes acceptance of any such updates.

By participating in the Program, you agree that the Commission alone represents full and fair compensation, and you are not entitled to any additional payments, equity, or other consideration beyond what is stated herein.

  • Refusal to pay customs duties may result in your package being returned to us or abandoned by the courier. In such cases, New Wave cannot be held responsible for the loss of goods or any costs incurred.

Authorised Use of Your Affiliate Link

New Wave affiliates are expected to share and promote products on platforms that naturally reflect the brand’s aesthetic, including social media, blogs, or websites. All content used to promote New Wave must be original and truthful, accurately representing the products without exaggeration or false claims. Affiliates may not use unauthorised images, third-party content, or misleading materials in their promotions. New Wave may revise or update its guidance regarding acceptable promotional practices at any time, with or without notice, and you are responsible for staying informed of these updates. Continued participation in the Program constitutes your agreement to follow any such modifications.

Restricted or Prohibited Activities

New Wave provides regular updates and guidance regarding activities and behaviors that are prohibited when using your Affiliate Link. Affiliates are responsible for monitoring these updates and complying with them at all times. Participation in the Program requires that you refrain from any actions that could harm the brand, misrepresent products, or violate applicable rules, whether or not you actively access guidance materials provided by New Wave.

Examples of prohibited practices include, but are not limited to:

  • Do not reuse or repurpose content created by New Wave or other affiliates for your own promotions.
  • Do not share your Affiliate Link on public coupon, deal, or discount websites.
  • Do not bid on New Wave branded keywords or trademarks in paid search or advertising campaigns.
  • Do not promote your Affiliate Link on New Wave’s official social media accounts or on other affiliates’ posts.
  • Do not disparage or make false statements about New Wave, its products, employees, or business practices.
  • Do not use offensive, inappropriate, or controversial language in connection with promotions.
  • Do not request private order information from New Wave employees or moderators, including details of purchases made via your Affiliate Link.
  • Do not contact New Wave staff through personal social media channels to request product launch dates, restocks, or other proprietary information.

Failure to comply with these Terms will result in immediate termination of your Affiliate account and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions.

New Wave reserves the right to modify these policies and prohibited practices at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes agreement to and acceptance of any such updates or changes.

Liability Protection

As an Affiliate, you agree to protect, defend, and hold harmless New Wave, including its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees and expenses as they are incurred) arising out of or relating to:

(a)Any breach, whether actual or alleged, of your representations, warranties, or commitments under these Terms (b)Your negligent acts, misconduct, or failure to comply with applicable laws in connection with the Program; (c)Any content or materials you create, post, or distribute to promote New Wave products; or (d)Any other action or omission by you while participating in the Program.

You may not enter into any settlement of an indemnified claim on behalf of New Wave unless such settlement fully and unconditionally releases New Wave from all liability.
