Delayed, Missing or Lost Items

We understand how important it is for you to receive your order on time. While we always aim for timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to customs clearance, courier backlogs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that New Wave is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the courier. However, we will do everything we can to assist you in resolving the issue.
